I found this interesting.... I wonder how true it is! How else, I guess, are they able to keep their eyes on every citizen in the US.  I also heard that they are able to turn on a computer's cam without an indicator light coming one.  I have never used my cam so I don't know how it lights up or indicates that it is on.
